I created Mindful & Aware because I know what it feels like to question yourself, hold back who you are, and worry about what other people think.
I also know what it’s like trying to balance different hobbies, ideas, fun, rest, and personal growth all at once. I used to find it nearly impossible to pause and reset until I learned the habits and routines that genuinely worked for me. Now, I’m able to enjoy nights out at concerts while still making time for quiet, self-reflection, and taking care of myself.
Mindful & Aware is about looking inward, being honest with yourself, and creating a life that actually feels aligned with who you are.
You only live once. Take advantage of that. Find your version of power through fun, rest, authenticity, self-trust, and emotional intelligence.
